Minus 20 Stars from Me

The worst experience I have ever had with Take A Lot in my life. Order was placed and paid on the 2nd August for my Unisa books and to this day (19 August) my books have not even been received from the supplier. I am beyond irritated as I have assignments due tomorrow and no handbooks to complete them. I tried phoning in twice but there is no accountability from the TAL team and no solutions provided either. Note to self : do not ever order anything urgent or important from Take a lot as they will let you down.
