Mini ups

I recently bought two Blue Carbon mini ups's.I received two Jiageng ups's in stead.They both went faulty.I returned the one without problems,but with the second one,the return was rejected because i did not return a Blue Carbon,but a Jiageng instead.Now I want to know,how can I return a Blue Carbon if I was sold a Jiageng ?
