They delivered a damaged item on the 03/10/2024 , logged a return ticket same day evening and the tv was collected from me on the 04/10/2024 the way it was delivered with every item in it. on the 07/10/2024 i got an email past 4 that the tv was returned without remote and legs. i called this morning and they later send a picture showing all items received on the 07/10/2024 at 16:55 picture taken with a Redmi Pro 10 showing date and time. this afternoon they send an email still maintaining that items were missing upon arrival at the warehouse. how is that even possible or my fault. since it was no longer in my possession as the picture clearly states.
