Mind blowingly incompetant staff!

The incompetence of Takealot is astounding. How dumb are the employees working there? This is the second time that the incorrect items were delivered. I ordered an OZtrail - Mosquito Net-Single Bell - White. Look at it, it is a white net that goes over a bed. It’s not rocket science. Yet, the *********** staff of Takealot sends me Mozzie Head net. Again!!! This is the second time that the incorrect item was delivered. How many times are we going through this exercise of exchanges because of Takealot's *********** staff?????? How can something so simple be so exceptionally difficult for the staff of Takelot?
