Midrand Takelot fascilate opened 20 to 25 minutes late on the 5th of March

This is not a service related query but a dissapoint of having one person to open the facility causing everyone time and mone. The Midrand Fascilate or pick up point opened at 6h20 yesterday because someone forgot the key at home. and the wore part is if you dont have you phone or print out email you can get your parcel even if you have your ID. this one guy was busy saying check your email while one lady was asking cant my ID work . We had to wait for about 20 minutes then to be told youcant get your parcel it was just a horrible experience. why go at 6 and still you have to wait when the operating hours are clear...
