Middle finger salute to Client Centricity and Ethics

I've been a repeat client of Takealot since inception (in fact going back to the Kalahari days) and during the course of last week realised that I couldn't draw invoices for which I need for business purposes. I raised the problem which was a problem on Takealot's side and was duly corrected BUT in the meantime the cost of the product I was wanting to purchase had increased by several hundred Rands. When I queried this, they simply stated that their suppliers may change price at any point of time (quite correctly) and held themselves harmless. So mess up all you want and take absolutely NO RESPONSIBILITY - so guess who's now prejudiced - ME the CLIENT. Absolute lack of ethics and a middle finger salute to client centricity - clearly only there for you when there's no problem, otherwise watch out. they're NO better then the rest of the ******* out there!
