Microsoft Xbox 360 wired controller

Hello everyone I just wanted to share another few horrible products from takealot They were marked original Xbox by Microsoft With the Microsoft validation sticker However the components used inside are the worst quality After one use the anologue will alway defect I have sent back 4 controllers and they just send back the same type of product or the same broken product They are clearly false advertising because these are not even good knock offs They break the first use indefinitely

I desperately urge the employees and staff at takealot Please stop selling customers cheap items and marketing them ass a well known trusted brand

I will be posting pics of the false marketing just so my point is made

They sent me the same one use controller 4 times

The quality and workmanship is terrible This is probably the 5th time I am sending the same controller back for the same problem Damaged anologue stick I am tired of this horrible customer service I do not want another dameged replacement. I would like to be fully reimbursed and compensated for the all the broken controllers and all of the stress and hassle of getting the device only to use it once and have to return it I would like to have the contact information for whomever is in charge of quality control or does the customer satisfaction mean nothing? I will be waiting for a response so i can address this with the appropriate management
