Microsoft Office not able to register due to invalid product key

I've bought a Microsoft office Profesional Pro 2019 at takealot.com on the 21 Feb 2021 (#***3), received the order with windows 10 on the 26 Feb 2021, the Windows worked perfect but I couldn't register the Office with Microsoft cause the product key provided was *******ed. I logged a return (RRN-f***) and takealot.com only returned the same product key after 3 weeks with no comment. Then I logged another return,(RRN-vwarb-zybm), and they collect the parcel and then cancelled the request on the app without any feedback. It's been almost 3 months and I still don't have an Office
