Messed up my order & life

<p>Loved buying online until Takealot messed up my order. Ordered an IP Camera that was in stock. Takelot delivered a kettle.They then inconvenienced me by asking to take photos of the incorrect item that they delivered to me. It took them a week to fetch the incorrect item. Made several calls to team leaders Keegan Peterson and Luke. Spoke to several agents. All empty promises were made. Nobody bothers to call you back or keep you in the loop. Had to wait for a refund. Made the biggest mistake by ordering another IP camera after the mix up they caused. Original order was placed on 3/12/2016. I'm still waiting for the order. Luke promised to call me to keep in the loop but apparently hes not at work today. They take too long to answer their phones and feel like they doing you a favour. I will never buy from takealot again. They have cost me a fortune in cellular phone calls and inconvenienced my life. As a consumer I would advise anyone out there to rather spend the extra money and go into a game/mackro or any other retail and buy the product as takelot is a waste of time and money. when they get it wrong, you will spend hours feeling frustrated and make tons of calls back and forth and nobody bothers to call you back.I am flying home for christmas and still waiting for my order. Last agent I spoke to was Queen. She placed me on a 10min hold on a mobile phone. Takealot i will be considering legal action for the messed up order, false promises and inefficient service.</p>
