Messed up my order and not fixing it

I placed my order for perfume last week I also rescheduled my order as I was not available They delivered today I got some ladies perfume that I did not ask for or pay for I requested collection the agent tells me they out of stock and il get my refund that is not why I ordered it I ordered it as a gift also when I placed the order there was stock whatever yourl did in house to mess it up is not my problem this is unacceptable I want either the same one or a replacement same brand and same ml order number ***4
