Messed up

Take a lot you seriously need to get people that first of a can understand a speak English. I was expecting a delivery on the 13th of which was not delivered because suddenly they don't have my address .. I was called by a number *** of which I called back and the person who answered sounding like she was sleeping, advised me that the items would be delivered on 14th. This is without taking any details . When I call back on the 14th she just says we don't have your address (I wonder how the other deliveries reached me) I confirmed the address and when I asked why I was told it would be delivered on the 14th she brushed me off . I her to keep quiet and listen guess what the phone was dropped and she did not answer the phone again. I want my delivery today or you can cancel this **** and give my money back
