****mers and false advertising.

Knockoff products.

I recently did a purchase for three Amazon ECHO Dot 5 Gen Speaker.

All three my products was **** and very obvious false advertising.

On the box of the products the name was ECHOQ Dof and it was only a speaker.

I have notified Takealot about my purchase and asked for the original product I have purchased, with a reply that I can take credit instead of giving me the original as asked.

4 days goes by and without me even having an option, they gave me credit that I have not asked for as I wanted the original.

Takealot is in my opinion a bunch of ****** and ****mers, the quality control is very very bad and there intentions is not to help but to try their luck and knockoff products.
