I bought a Tv and everything was just fine, after 30 days the Tv started changing its picture quality, so I called Takealot and informed them that the Tv is giving me a problem and I no longer have the box as I throw it away since the Tv was ok, and I was advised to get any box and do a return and that what I did. They got the Tv and made a evaluation and they told me they need the original box, I informed them that I no longer have it like I told them before now they are telling me about their policy, they brought back the Tv and informed me that I should contact the manufacturer directly and sort it out. Now how is fair for me as a customer that I now need to contact the manufacturer directly whiles I purchased the Tv on Takealot? I am stuck with a Tv with a very bad quality picture, how was I supposed to know that I need to keep the box as it will change the colour at a later stage? I really regret buying that Tv, I want my money
