I placed an order on the 31/1/24 and called in the same day at 18:16 got through to Abdul who advised that he will process my cancellation and I will be refunded in 3-5 working days. A few minutes after the call, I received an email stating that my order could not be cancelled. I then logged another query and I was told I need to wait for the drivers to attempt delivery then only my order will be cancelled. I find that very stupid and ridiculous, why didn't you cancel my order the same day I called, parcels were not shipped yet. I feel like you are ****MING customers and prolonging the refund time. I want that order cancelled today and my money returned back to my card.
