Mediocre Service

On the 20th September I was expecting a phone delivery from Takealot, to my surprise I received a Nivea shower gel in the order. It's been two weeks of trying to get a cash refund. I have been sending numerous emails. I 'm struggling to get a status update I have to be constantly sending these emails. Some if which go unanswered. I'm so disappointed in this website.
