Mediocre delivery man seems to be a ghost

Im never going to use the delivery option and request delivery to Sandton area, the delivery service is appaling, false delivery notes seem to be used freely to delay delivery and no contact is made during this mediocre parading. Im just glad I opted for COD. they can continue with their stunts im no longer anticipating for a package to reach me. Even after calling in they just inform you that they have requested for the delivery guy to go back and deliver without any follow up to confirm if you have been assisted.
