Mediocre at best!

I am disappointed with the service I received from you guys. I place an order for two books and when I got the delivery there was only only one. After contacting takealot pick up point in Moreletapark(Parkview) on the 20th of December, I received an email from a Zarah.M on the 21st of December and was assured that the replacement will be delivered on the 23rd of December. The morning of the 23rd of December I received an email from takealot telling me that my parcel will be delivered on the 28th of December. When I inquired, an Ayesha.P told me that’s the scheduled date and they can’t change it. Even though the courier facility is in the same complex as the delivery address and the parcel was in the courier facility the morning of the 23rd. As to why my replacement was not made priority is telling why the error was made in the first place. To add fuel to the fire, one of your staff at the Parkview pick up point by the name of Thabiso gave me the run around for hours claiming he is looking for my parcel when he in fact wasn’t. I am really disappointed with how you dealt with the issue I had.
