****med when returning heater

I bought an oil heater with Takealot, then heater stopped working in less than 6 months, i the logged a return of which the heater was picked up by a lady, then after i kept sending emails and they said they will refund but till today there was no refund, they just ****med me of my heater and still did not receive my refund.
