Purchased a projector from them. What I received was not a new or sealed product. The projector arrived in a random cardboard box wrapped loose in bubble wrap. No original box, no manuals, no documentation or accessories. How can they sell me a NEW product that does not even come in the original box or packaging? Best of all is I contacted Takealot support after an incredibly long search trying to find an actual service consultant contact method instead of some chat robot. I have still not received any response from Takealot regarding the matter. I have taken photos and I am shocked that this can be allowed. Takealot obviously have no screening method for their sellers and you can get ****med on Takealot with sellers selling second hand or possibly even ****** goods.

I am STILL waiting for any sort of response from Takealot to remedy this situation.
