****med on a full paid deal

On 30/10/2023 I ordered two items and paid via EFT. Delivery was then scheduled for 08/11/2023. On the 8th I enquired about my order and only then was told it would be delivered 10/11/2023, as the courier only delivers on a Friday. I used some big words and dropped the line. The parcel was then delivered on 09/11/2023. Once opened I discovered the on item is incomplete. I logged a return. Was picked and thought the right item is then delivered. 17/11/2023 again the incomplete item was delivered to me. I again logged a return. Was picked up. Now and agent from them contacted me via email and said he will look into the matter. Send me pics and I told him on email I want what I ordered and paid for. 24/11/2023 incomplete item was delivered again. I ordered: 1 x Electric hair hot comb for men and women 2-in-1 straightener/curling iron 1 x Removable Anti-scald Comb. Each time I returned the incomplete item, I don't get the anti-scald comb. Is like they're refusing to give me what I paid for. Today's delivery had 2sample Coco pops packets in. Not the anti-scald comb. I want that comb.
