****med delivery money, item not delivered on the expected date

I placed an order around 9am on the 02 April 2024. At checkout I was given the option to pay R95 for same day delivery which I did because I urgently need the parcel. I received an invoice with an estimated date that my parcel will be delivered on the 02 April. I have not received any sms confirming that my parcel will arrive. When I track the parcel, it shows that it has not been shipped and now the delivery date has changed to the 3rd April.

I paid R95!!!! for the parcel to be delivered on the same day. Next day delivery is far less than that. I am extremely disappointed as I have mention above that this was an urgent purchase.
