Good day I am just warning people who buy stuff from takealot.com and then try to return it for refund,I purchased a generic Epson projector remote control and when the item arrived,it was not what I ordered or what was advertised online and it was something totally different and so when I did my return I did mention that the item I ordered was not what I saw on the advert and the evaluation team just told me that I sent back the wrong item and refused to refund me or credit me and when I told them that this is the actual item I received they just told me return concluded so I don't know now what to do cause I have been ****med by takealot.com and they just ignore any emails I send to them so please be careful when buying from them.Kuben-***
