****med by takealot driver

Im very disappointed with Takealot orders recently. Their drivers seems to be ****ming takealot and us. I was expecting an order today before 17h00. Got swamped with back to back meetings. Im working remotely. When I check tracker on how far my package is. It says delivered after 17h00 and nobody contacted me that they are outside the gate. I called takealot and got some rude lady agent.i explained to her what transpired. She told me it was delivered to me. I told her as advised i didn't get the order. Drivers usually call when they outside. Who did they call this time and who signed for my order. She told me drivers are not obligated to call me as they don't get airtime allowance. How will I get my order if they don't call me and if the message doesn't show drivers contacts?

. First time I hear this. I've been ordering and been receiving orders well. Driver Wil call me when outside. This time what changed? @takealot. Can you update your system that when package is out on delivery you should put drivers details full name and contact so if they don't call me I call them to find out where they are like other companies do that.

I'm so unhappy as I'm attending a funeral tomorrow and I need those packages.
