****med by takealot and DPD

I purchased a set of Hikvision CCTV cameras from takealot, cameras were delivered. When I checked the cameras with the technician, we found that they were not suitable. He never fitted them but opened the box to check size. I then logged a return takealot rejected it saying I used the cameras. When I asked how could I have used them when everything was still packaged and sealed in its original package. I was told the cameras will be returned to me by DPD. No date was given or arranged for return. When the DPD driver was said to be delivering I was not home mo one was at my house yet when I enquire at takealot they say the courier said the cameras were recieved by me. I am appalled by the service of both takealot and DPD I have requested proof or signature of receipt which I haven't received. I am so disappointed and feel ****med by takealot and DPD
