My order was delivered on the 27th of February, I then saw that the shoes were too small to which I immediately logged a return, as well as where I requested an exchange for a different size. Now clearly the other shoe I requested a different size for was sent out without hassle as requested. The only reason I can think of that the other one did not, is that someone knew the price would increase, and wanted to be shady about it which is very disheartening especially since this is such a reputable company like yours. I want the shoe at the original price that I bought it for and the fact that your company did not even refund me but gave me store credit says a lot about the way you do things. Is there anyone who can give me advice on how to get the shoes at the price I originally bought it for please? I bought the shoes, it was delivered the wrong size and I requested the right size, they sent one pair out in the right size the other they did not it apparently was a system error that gave me store credit instead and now the shoe went up in price by R250 and they want me to pay the increased amount for the shoe.
