I'm really ANGRY at the treatment I had received from takealot...I bought a vodacom.simcard yesterday and also bought airtime for R55 and for R110 in order to convert to data for my son because last month I had bought a modern.for him for his studies..So I bought him headsets at takealot for his IT stuff l...researches and what not...So idecided to.add aritme as well with that order..

My Son loaded the R55 didn't have ANY issues and then he loaded the 2nd airtime for R110 and it had already been used..Both of us were shocked by that and then decided to call Vodacom.customer service and they asked for a serial number ..But it wasn't emailed to us with the airtime...

I went back to takealot and thinking that I would get assistance...I had to ***** with a chat box which had given me a CELLPHONE *** and I was told it's for Cellbux..And that number DOESNT exist..NOW I'm stuck with NO ONE to assist me...I.mean ..WHAT THE HECK...I'm SO ANGRY right now because I had to buy more data for.my son in order for him to do his school work..
