****med by take a lot

Not me getting ****med by TakeALot. On Friday 26 September, I ordered items it skin care products and five books. The next day they deliver only the skin care products but no books. I have been trying to call, their customer care number is not being answered. I sent queries, they responded asking for pictures, barcodes and S numbers. Now they are telling me the order was successfully delivered even though I still do not have the books I ordered.
