I bought a phone in Feb 2023 which was suppose to be brand new. The warranty according to the website was 12 months. In Nov 2023 I discovered that the phone was a refurbished phone and not new. I spoke to takealot about it but they told me there is nothing they can do. Recently the battery was swollen and I learnt that most parts in the phone were counterfeit and not apple approved parts. I will not fix this phone again but want my money from them as I have been ****med. The phone was sold as new and with the price of a new phone.
