I placed an order on the 24th of December and they promised to deliver on the 31st. Till today the 06th of January 2025 I have not received my package and there’s no tracking update. I reached to them via email countless times and the only response I get is “We have escalated your matter to the department” I am so frustrated and disappointed by Takealot because I would have appreciated some feedback of where my order is or give me my money back
