Mecer Fundi laptop

Terrible service from takealot. I bought a Mecer Fundi 13.3" Convertible 2-in-1 SSD Notebook (laptop) from takealot for R5400. Within 3 months of buying the laptop the bottom of the laptop cover stared opening up and now I can see the insides of the laptop. I returned the laptop but takealot sent it back without fixing, replacing or even giving my money back. At this point I can't even close my laptop without causing more damage.
