Maybe Ai robots should replace ur agents

I ordered shoes. First of all I received the wrong colour and size. I returned it immediately. Nobody contacted me and asked me if I wanted credit or a refund. They chose for me. I don't want credit I want a refund. Now I have to sit here waiting time complaining to get u to do the job u are hired to do. I can't get in touch. No apology no nothing. As if I'm just getting the finger. U guys can say what u like but is as ur customers are ur reason for existing and that's why u have a job. So like I suck it up when I'm serving u u van apply the same decency to me. Whether it's 10rand or a 1000 rand. It's the principle.
