Maxine Made A Promise & Kept It

I would like to extend my greatest gratitude to Maxine from take a lot; Complaints Department. After having a problem with an item I bought from them, Maxine certainly took responsibility. Not only did she make a promise to get back to me after speaking with her suppliers, Maxine kept me on the loop until the case was resolved. Today my item was replaced and I am so happy! Thank you Maxine and your colleagues for your excellent service, I will keep my fingers crossed that this one doesn't break. Thank you so much:-)
