Massive stock theft -Returned items vanish into thin air - Seller *******

Started selling long ago , good sales and everything seemed to be in order, till l started to see reversals of payments, due to customer cancellations. Those products returned are neither captured back as stock , nor returned to seller. This is a very big ******* and l saw on social media most sellers complain about that. They are sitting with tens of thousands of rands in returned stock. We do understand it’s a bit of a setback, but please the seller is in a weaker position. Some products when you check on their system, “lost in transit” not sure if its lost or “****** in transit”. No reimbur*****t. This is s very serious matter that happens at bot Cape Town and JHB warehouses. This is *****ing to use simple language. Please look into this, we as sellers spend lots on stocking and when a product is faulty,, we may need to take to suppliers / manufacturers. Just wonder if anyone can just take something and mark it as “lost in transit”. There is beer being sold and one day you will find people working drunk. Just take a bottle of whisky and mark as lost in transit. We know customer is king but sellers are equally important in the value chain. Please give sellers back the returned items
