Massive order delays without any notification

<p>Ordered something on Monday evening 28 November '16, it was in stock at CPT. Usually I would receive it the next day or 2 days after ordering. The payment confirmation confirmed delivery by 1 December.</p> <p>I have since noticed said item is out of stock and upon logging in to my account to look at the order status, it hasn't even processed as of 30 November 4pm, now with an estimated delivery of 9 December. I demand answers from Takealot, nobody has phoned me or emailed me with regards to this mess. I'm very disgusted because as a loyal client this is not the usual service that I receive from Takealot .</p>
