Marked as delivered but not received

I ordered a matress bed from Takealot(order number ***. The order shows delivered but we didn’t receive any item. To our surprise it shows that i am the one who received the parcel and that time i do not stay where the parcel was delivered ( we use the address of the internet cafe near us because our home address doesn’t appear on the map then when the delivery guy contacts to say they are coming we direct them since we stay before the address used, the delivery person never contacted us but states that they gave the parcel to use(on the receipt person)). I contacted Takealot last week monday and till today there is no update on the issue(I contacted last week Thursday and requested for a call back from either Che.S and Tyler.B as they said that they we occupied at the time that i called but none of them gave me a call back. I called again today and requested for a call back, its been hours since and no one is calling back which is frustrating and shows incompetence. Its been 7 full days and no update is being made. I would give out a zero star because this type of service i am currently receiving doesn’t even deserve one. Who did the driver give the parcel to? This right here shows negligence.
