Mannerless delivery agents hired by takealot...

The driver called me while I was in the office. I told him I would be home around 3 or 4 p.m. He said he would not be around because he wants to get home early. I was shocked. The text message from takealot says between 8a.m. to 5p.m. I have since reached home around 3;15 p.m. and the driver turned-off his phone. And takealot had to send me very offending text message that I must reschedule my order.

Like is it a charity offer that Takealot cannot ascertain the claims of these drivers? These drivers are so rude, mannerless and lack simple etiquette. Takealot is becoming a failure in managing their drivers/delivery agents who have become lords and masters. Takealot watch it before you fall because of your poor oversight on your drivers and delivery agents.
