Manipulative behaviour by Takealot

I order and paid for an item. Takealot delivered the incorrect item. I subsequently returned the item but instead of delivering the correct item that I ordered, Takealot instead refunded my account. I believe that Takealot realized that the amount I paid for the item was too low, manipulatively sent the incorrect item and then again, manipulatively proceeded to credit my account instead of delivering the correct item, which is in stock. Very disappointing and shrewd and I will be taking up with the consumer goods ombud
