Manager has the worse attitude

The driver didn't attempt to call me ..they rescheduled my delivery with no attempt.. unfortunately I had plan for the next day and when I called branch the manager was so rude..now I have to miss an important meeting waiting for a parcel I have paid for you never have this kind of problem with courier it or RAM I hope they will be able to pay for my cancelled plan as I wait for my parcel which was a gift for someone
