Maltreat by Delivery driver

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding one of your drivers, Abram Malesela, who was driving a VW Crafter (registration MN79ZG GP) while delivering my order on 22 December 2025.

During the delivery, the driver repeatedly provided me with false and inconsistent information about his arrival time. Despite my efforts to assist him by giving clear directions to the delivery address, he was unable or unwilling to follow my guidance. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration.

More concerning was the driver’s unprofessional behavior. He was rude, aggressive, and impatient, which is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your company. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive a basic level of customer service, neither of which were demonstrated during this incident.

I am extremely disappointed by this experience and by the lack of customer service skills displayed by your driver. I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I would appreciate feedback on how this complaint will be addressed.
