Major delivery issues

I must start by saying that Take A Lot usually is quite efficient with service and delivery but when things go wrong they do not seem able to fix it. I was supposed to have a delivery made on 11 December according to the messaging , It is now 9 days later and still nothing and you can not get through to the call centre and the agents via the email can only say we will contact courier or the latest it has been delivered which it has not . Rather poor indeed
