Major delays in delivering goods ordered online

Im highly disappointed with Takelot for the major delay in delivering my matress that I had ordered online. I purchased my order on the 26 of November 2023 and the matress was only delivered just before the 15th of December 2023. No satisfactory explanations were provided for the delay and I will think twice before I order from them again.
