Magnetic Case for Huawei P30 Pro

I purchased a magnetic case for Huawei P30 pro in July from Takealot, mis September I accidentally cropped my phone inside the house and that case got broken. I remembered that when I check the description features of that case has anti drop & shock-absorbing design, and it has 12 month warranty.

I logged a call with Takealot support, they collected the defected case and sent me an email that the return requested does fall within their return policy. so I had chosen for them to replace the case instead of a refund. And 2 days later I received a parcel from Takealot with the broken case inside written return rejected.

I didn't expect that from Takealot more so cos the case is not supposed to break cos of its design, so they must not advertise that its anti-drop cos its misleading
