Mad customer

I logged a return on the 2nd of February 2024 and I got a notification that the return was concluded on the 8th of February 2024 but no one called me and no one came to fetch the item. I logged it again on the 20th of Feb 2024 and I got a notification that says return completed and no one made contact and now it says they collected it on Thursday the 22nd of February and no one came to take anything
