Lying staff and bad communication

Useless staff at call center. I called regarding an order I ordered 11 May with delivery date 17 May (today), agent tells me one item is preventing it to be delivered today, if I remove it he garruntees it will be delivered today, I gave him go ahead to remove the item. Now suddenly delivery date on app shows 21 May, after calling again agent tells me there is no way they can deliver today. I therefore asked to cancel the order and the agent cannot even do that??? How can they cancel one item and not an entire order?? Not only that the lies about confirming it will be delivered today but now its much later and cannot even cancel it to get money back to use to manually purchase goods. Takealot get your communication in order and dont lie to customers!
