Lying on website
How can you advertise a product stating that its out of stock but Shipped in 5 to 7 working days and then after I paid (11/12/2015) tell me I wont have it by Christmas only on the 5th of January 2016. This is unacceptable, I bought this product as an Christmas gift for my boy! I took a screenshot if you don't believe me.

Our complaints team has tried to reach you by phone to shed some light on your delivery estimate, but weren't able to get hold of you. The reason for your extended delivery date is that the one item in your order has a lead time of 5 - 7 working days as the product is ordered directly from the supplier. The delivery address is also in an outlying area which only gets serviced by our couriers on specific days.
