Lying drivers

I am returning a faulty product. I was told the collection will be on Saturday 18th December 2021. I waited for them the whole day, no one came. Then I was told collection will be on Monday 20th. Waited the whole day at home, but still no one came. Still getting a message that "we tried collecting as if it was my fault. Your driver's are lying. No one came to my home and I am getting tired of waiting for you.
