Lying delivery team

This is the very first time I get this annoyed with Takealot, because there is so much that actually has me livid at this moment. Placed an order yesterday morning, and there was a next day delivery option, and I took it as I was going to be at the office again today. I waited for them to deliver the whole day, and the package left the warehouse around midday. I waited until 5:30pm when I decided that I have had enough, so I left.

At 6:42pm, I get an sms saying "we tried to deliver your oder, but couldn't" and I find this very odd and very funny. When I tracked the order after being so surprised by the sms, I see an update made at 4:41pm by whoever was delivering, claiming that I was unavailable to receive the package, which is a complete lie. I was at the office right until 5:30pm, and nobody showed up to deliver anything. These people are lying, and I won't stand for it.
