Lying courier.

Theshort version:Courier lies about delivery to rural adress,sends back parcel undelivered without calling client or making arrangments. Tells takelot I was not home to avoid catching consequences for not doing their job comperently and impugns honour of decade long loyal customer by implying they were not there when they were. Now my parcel is cancelled and I cannot shower or take my meds because my parcel was diplaced. I want it replaced and I am not going to shut up until this happens. I will not be called a **** and have my orders blackballed by drivers acting like *****s. I want to see proof that they arranged to meet me and I was not where we agreed. Since this nevet happened as he did not call me to get directions and the package was already sent back on the same dat I was told it is out for delivery I think it will be apparent who made what effort to receive the parcel.
