Lying Call centre
I Ordered items from Take a lot on 2 Dec 2015. The initial delivery date was indicated as 4 Dec 2015. I started calling the call center around 14:00 when my package didn't arrive. They assured me that the parcel was with the couriers and on its way to me. at 16:30 i called again and was informed that this was a lie and that my parcel will only arrive on Monday the 7th. On Monday (the 7th of Dec) i called to confirm as the status still indicated that the parcel was at dispatch. I was informed that the web site wasn't updated but my parcel is on its way. As the day went on i called again. And again confirmation from the call center that the parcel is on its way. When the parcel didn't arrive around 15:00 i called and tried to speak to a supervisor but as soon as i asked to speak to a supervisor the call center agent hung up on me. this happend 3 times!! Then around 16:00 I spoke to Zayaan Raban (honest person) who informed me that the parcel was still in fact at Dispatch. I received an email yesterday evening indicating that the parcel is now finally with the couriers and will only be delivered in another 2 - 3 days time. This is POOR service!
