Guaranteed weekend delivery deception. Received message for rescheduling after receiving message out for delivery, yet no one called on us to physically deliver. Tried to phone call centre twice and after various waiting periods call was just dropped, no one answering on Sunday afternoons- ********* service commitments - don’t follow what they advertise.
